The cap is adapted from a pirate's bandanna. It was trimmed at the back and sanded down to provide a smooth base.
Additional features such as the chin strap and jacket lapels have been moulded from Milliput.
The flight goggles are Playmobil sunglasses with the arms removed and the frames painted.
The white scarf was also trimmed at the sides in order to fit properly.
